Privacy policy

Last updated:

This policy explains how AI-HYPNO handles personal information when you browse AI Hypno or IntHypno, create an account, contact us, purchase services or use therapist and patient tools. Information you or your therapist enter may include sensitive health and personal information. Browsing alone does not constitute consent to every use of information described here.

Company responsible for the site: AI-HYPNO

Privacy contact: Eli

info@ai-hypno.com

1. Who is responsible and which services this covers

AI-HYPNO is responsible for operating these websites. Eli is the contact for privacy matters at info@ai-hypno.com. This policy covers the public websites, accounts, contact forms, purchases, personalized scripts and recordings, and therapist and patient workspaces. A treating professional may have separate responsibilities for clinical decisions, confidentiality and records; their own privacy information may also apply.

2. Information you or your therapist provide

We collect account and contact details such as name, email, phone number, role and language; credentials needed for sign-in; inquiries and correspondence; subscription, credit and transaction records; and content saved or uploaded through the service.

Profiles and treatment tools may contain age, preferences, diagnoses, medication, trauma history, addictions, personal circumstances, treatment goals, therapist notes, scripts, AI conversations and audio recordings. In IntHypno, couple and partner information and shared activities may also be entered. Provide only information needed for the feature you choose. Therapists must have an appropriate basis and give required information before entering another person’s data.

3. Technical and usage information

When you access the service, hosting and application systems may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, accessed pages, connection and security events, and errors. Session cookies and local browser storage support sign-in, security, language, theme and feature preferences. This information helps operate the service and diagnose faults.

4. Why information is used and your choices

We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, deliver purchased services, personalize scripts and recordings, support therapist–patient sessions, process payments and inquiries, send service messages, maintain security, resolve problems and meet applicable legal obligations. Processing relies on the basis applicable to each activity, such as your request for a service, consent where required, or a legal obligation.

Providing information is generally voluntary unless a specific legal requirement is identified. Without required account or contact details we may be unable to register you, respond or supply a requested service. Without optional profile information, personalization may be limited. You can choose not to activate the camera or microphone, or use audio-only calling where available. Requests to stop promotional messages can be sent to the privacy contact; essential account, security and transaction messages may still be necessary.

5. Artificial intelligence, speech and transcription

Features that generate or edit text, synthesize speech or transcribe audio use Google services, including Gemini and speech technologies. The prompts, selected profile or treatment details, text or audio needed for the requested feature may be sent to the relevant provider. Generated content and audio may then be saved in your account or treatment workspace.

Do not include identifying or sensitive details that the task does not require. Provider processing, retention and any use of submitted content depend on the product, configuration and provider terms; this policy does not promise that providers never retain content or use it for model improvement. AI output can be inaccurate and requires human review, particularly before clinical use.

6. Who may receive information

Information may be available to your treating therapist, authorized staff and service providers when needed for their tasks. Providers include hosting, database and file storage services; Google for applicable AI, speech and connection services; PayPal for payment processing; Biz1 for contact, purchase follow-up and service-request management; and email delivery providers. Each receives information relevant to the service involved.

PayPal processes payment credentials on its own payment flow. We retain order identifiers, status, amounts and related account or buyer details, rather than full payment-card numbers in our payment records. Clicking a WhatsApp or other external link sends you to a separate service governed by its own privacy terms. Information may also be disclosed where legally required, for handling legal claims or protecting rights and security, and in a lawful business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.

7. Calls, recordings and shared links

Audio and video calls use WebRTC, with connection signaling through the platform and STUN or TURN services where required. Media may travel directly between participants or through a relay when the network requires it; this is not a guarantee that every call is direct P2P. Participants receive each other’s enabled audio or video and shared session content.

Uploaded or explicitly created audio files, scripts and treatment material can remain available in the relevant workspace. Do not assume that a live call is being recorded by the platform merely because audio files can be played during it; agree any recording separately with the professional and participants. Shared treatment or call links can grant access to their content or room: keep them private and notify us and the therapist if a link is exposed. In shared couple activities, information shown to the other participant is not private from that participant.

8. Cookies and browser storage

The service uses cookies and browser storage for authentication, session protection and preferences such as language, appearance and playback settings. You can manage or delete them in your browser; doing so may sign you out or reset settings and may affect features. This policy does not authorize optional advertising tracking simply through continued browsing. Any optional tracking requiring a separate choice must be explained when introduced.

9. Processing outside your country

Hosting and third-party services may process information in countries other than your country of residence, including outside Israel or the European Economic Area. The applicable safeguards depend on the service and the law governing the transfer. You can ask the privacy contact for information about relevant recipients and transfer arrangements; no specific storage country or certification is promised here.

10. How long information is kept

Information is retained for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing ongoing accounts and treatment materials, transaction records, support, security and legal obligations. Different categories can require different periods. We do not state one fixed deletion period for all information.

You can request account closure or deletion of information. Some records may need to remain for legal, accounting, clinical-record or legal-claim requirements, and backup or technical copies may not disappear immediately. Closing an account does not by itself erase a therapist’s legally retained clinical record or copies already obtained by a recipient. Ask the privacy contact about your specific records.

11. Security and your responsibilities

The application uses account authentication, password hashing and role-based access checks. No online system is completely secure. Protect your password and shared links, use a private device where possible and avoid sending sensitive medical details in an ordinary contact inquiry. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly to info@ai-hypno.com.

12. Access, correction and other privacy requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information about you and correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated. You may also request account closure, withdraw consent for processing based on consent, or exercise other rights available under the law that applies to you, such as objection, restriction or portability where applicable. These rights are not unconditional and may require retaining certain records.

Send requests to info@ai-hypno.com or the contact form. We will assess the request under applicable law and respond within the applicable legal period. Where a therapist controls the relevant clinical record, a request may also need to be addressed to that therapist. You may contact the competent privacy authority, including Israel’s Privacy Protection Authority, without giving up any other rights.

13. Children and information about others

Do not submit information about another person without appropriate authorization or another lawful basis. Use involving a minor and any professional treatment must satisfy applicable age, guardian-consent and clinical requirements. If you believe a child’s information has been provided inappropriately, contact us so we can assess the situation and the appropriate action.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in services, processing or legal requirements. The date at the top identifies the current published version. Material changes requiring notice or consent will be handled as required by applicable law; publishing a new version does not replace any separate consent that is required.
